Role Overview
- Manage existing customers in the grocery retail sector (LEH) and actively expand relationships
- Acquire new partners through face-to-face meetings and telephone prospecting
- Increase visibility through prominent shelf placements and displays
- Present products on site and provide professional product advice
- Organize tastings and sales promotions
- Monitor trends and competitors and conduct market analyses
- Regularly report on results and insights
- Represent fayn at trade fairs and sales events
Requirements
- Experience in field sales, ideally in the food sector or grocery retail (LEH)
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Class B driving license
- Very good written and spoken German
- Highly motivated, eager attitude and some initial experience in the field
