Define and evolve the Insurer experience strategy for our Risk Exchange platform in alignment with company objectives
Identify opportunities to deliver value to the Insurers through data and analytic solutions that solve real-world challenges, enable data driven business decisions, and provide unparalleled insights
Collaborate seamlessly with Distribution, Operations, Actuaries, and other functions throughout Accelerant
Own the roadmap for the insurer experience on our platform with a keen focus on optimizing the experience whenever possible
Champion a culture of rapid experimentation, quick iterations, and continuous improvement as it pertains to value delivery
Communicate strategy, plans, and platform outcomes to all levels of roles both inside and outside Accelerant
Work with other Product Managers and functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, high-impact data products.

At least 5 years experience as a Product Manager delivering commercial products
Background in data-rich product domains and how ML & AI can be used to maximize value from data and solutions
Experience with AI-native productivity and creation tools such as Replit, Cursor, V0 (Vercel), etc.
Comfort in understanding business requirements and collaborating with technical teams to define solutions.
Experience in Financial Services and/or Insurance market
Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working across disciplines.
Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and make progress without full direction.
Experience in solving data challenges including the ability to query data
Experience working with and managing geographically distributed engineering teams.
Demonstrated success working with C-level executives
Commitment to ongoing learning and staying informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
A big-picture perspective with a passion for success and willingness to dive into the details necessary to achieve it
Previous experience in Insurance or Finance markets delivering Insurtech or Fintech solutions a plus.
