Become a central and hands-on Account Executive (AI/ML) at dida.
You will be responsible for defining the sales strategy, executing the day-to-day work to drive growth, and actively shaping the future direction of the company.
Manage and directly drive dida's key sales channels, focusing on securing new partnerships and contracts.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and proposing tailored AI/ML solutions.
Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close.
Actively identify promising new industry sectors for dida's services and take the lead in building up those markets from scratch.
Propose and develop new ideas, processes, or sales approaches to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
You have at least three (3) years of proven experience in Sales or a related field (e.g., Account Management, Business Development).
Experience in Sales related to technical products or IT services is a strong bonus.
You have an academic degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or a technical degree, e.g., in physics, mathematics, or computer science).
You possess a foundational understanding of machine learning.
You are a hands-on person who can take complete responsibility for sales channels and push them forward mid to long term.
You thrive on autonomy and impact.
You have high-quality expectations and a high motivation to deliver excellent results.
Communicating in German is easy for you (German is your mother tongue or you are at a similar level).
At the same time, you can communicate fluently with colleagues and the team in English.
