Role Overview
- Manage the full cycle of influencer campaigns, from initial research to final execution
- Identify the right creators and build long-lasting relationships
- Handle contract negotiations to secure the best partners for the brand
- Manage all active collaborations holistically
- Continuously monitor performance, analyzing relevant metrics for optimization
- Detect relevant trends in influencer marketing and apply them strategically
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance-based influencer marketing
- Strong analytical skills and feel confident navigating data
- Deep understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPM
- Network of relevant influencers
- Proficient in tools such as Storyclash, Klar, Holistics, or similar platforms
- Native Spanish speaker (negotiation level) with very good English skills
- Experience in remote and multicultural environments
