Complex Manager – Over 55's Housing

Role Overview

• Provide focused management service to residents in Over 55’s Housing schemes
• Manage access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors
• Ensure security of communal areas and facilities
• Work with internal teams to deliver services to residents

Requirements

• Good customer care skills
• Flexible, calm under pressure
• Experience in Facilities Management preferred
• Good IT skills on a range of systems
• Working knowledge of housing/building management sector
