Optimize interfaces, data and processes across the entire revenue funnel.
Ensure a scalable CRM structure, clean data and transparent KPIs.
Establish reports, dashboards and forecasting mechanisms.
Develop and implement AI-supported processes and automations.
Manage omni‑channel customer communication in the revenue area.
Perform data cleanses and data quality checks and support data governance initiatives.
Provide training and support for CRM users in the revenue teams and advise other departments.

Strong understanding of CRM principles, business processes, customer journey, lead generation and revenue KPIs.
Experience mapping and implementing processes in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce.
Advanced knowledge of automation and integration tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier) and experience with BI tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
Basic programming knowledge (e.g. HTML, Python) and an understanding of SQL/data warehouse architectures.
Excellent communication skills, strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, and project management experience for cross‑functional initiatives.
Independent, structured and analytical work style with a high commitment to quality and a hands‑on mentality.
