Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure and platform delivery, and production release management
Demonstrated expertise navigating governance, risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements in a technology delivery context
Broad technical knowledge spanning legacy systems, modern platforms, cloud technologies, automation, AI enabled capabilities, and enterprise tooling
Hands on experience with delivery and infrastructure tools such as JIRA, Horizon, Remedy, or similar platforms
Ability to rapidly learn complex systems, ask the right technical questions, and independently build domain expertise
