Responsible for the commercial development of the Wichita, Kansas sales territory and surrounding region
Manage and expand distribution structures while maintaining and strengthening direct customer relationships
Customer base primarily consists of professional automotive reconditioning and detailing businesses, car washes, dealerships, and collision repair facilities
Combine structured sales management with hands-on customer engagement
Full responsibility for revenue development and sustainable growth within the Wichita, Kansas region
Development, management, and expansion of distributor and end customer relationships
Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities and regional market potential
Ongoing support and development of existing customer accounts
Planning and execution of product demonstrations and customer trainings across the full product portfolio
Structured management of leads, prospects, and sales activities
Regular reporting and close coordination with the National Sales Manager
Representation of Koch-Chemie USA at customer appointments and regional industry activities
Requirements
Previous sales experience in automotive, chemical, or Paint, Body & Equipment (PBE) environments
Experience in route sales or chemical distribution is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
High level of customer orientation combined with commercial awareness
Ability to manage a geographically large sales territory efficiently
Confidence in handling administrative and reporting tasks
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willingness to travel extensively in your region
