About this role

Responsible for execution and administration of global job and compensation frameworks
Assist with design, administration, and optimization of compensation programs across PMG
Own annual compensation cycle management and market benchmarking
Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and Business Leaders
Advise and consult with senior leadership using data analytics for pay positioning and compliance
Conduct analysis related to the organization's global compensation programs

Bachelor's degree in a related major
12 or more years of global compensation experience within mature international organizations
Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or related industry
Experience with PayFactors and SAP/SuccessFactors or Workday is a plus
Proficiency in market pricing, survey methodology, salary structures, regression analysis, and data modeling
Solid understanding of global regulatory environments and pay transparency legislation
Ability to translate data into insights and executive-ready narratives
Proven ability to shape outcomes across HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders
