Own relationship-building efforts across Northern Monmouth County with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, realtors, plumbers, and commercial partners
Help coordinate and execute events, promotions, CE classes, and local brand campaigns
Build referral pipelines through cold outreach, in-person drop-ins, follow-up meetings, and strategic account touches
Deliver confident presentations to insurance and property professionals on our restoration capabilities
Maintain strong CRM discipline in Salesforce, including call logs, next steps, and pipeline tracking
Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure excellent customer experience and follow-through
Requirements
1–3 years in sales, marketing, hospitality, recruiting, athletics, fundraising, events, or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn/social media, and event coordination
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
