Ensure a safe, compliant, and ethical work environment

Manage staffing, prioritize work, and ensure communication and training on safety and work requirements
Conduct performance appraisals and create development plans for team members

Provide technical leadership for mechanical and HVAC/R systems
Maintain strong technical knowledge to operate equipment and drive performance improvements
Lead the team and ensure completion of PMs, work orders, and project assignments
Develop and enforce procedures that promote safety and quality
Monitor equipment performance, apply problem-solving, and lead improvement initiatives
Foster a high-performing team culture through effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a technical, facilities, manufacturing, or military environment
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical systems, facilities maintenance, or related technical disciplines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (1+ year)
Ability to work onsite and outdoors as needed, with flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights) and adjust schedules based on business needs
Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a technical, facilities, manufacturing, or military environment
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical systems, facilities maintenance, or related technical disciplines
Valid HVAC/R license required, with demonstrated proficiency using mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
