About this role
Role Overview
- Act as a trusted learning partner for sales stakeholders, understanding their priorities and competence needs
- Deliver and facilitate learning activities, including onboarding for new joiners, conferences, and competence development for existing employees
- Translate business, performance, and capability needs into practical, scalable sales learning solutions that are continuous, not event-based
- Apply AI-based solutions to improve existing learning tools and processes, and help shape new ones
- Bring and apply new learning trends and methodologies
- Review calls and service interactions and consult the business on sales and customer service standards (industry specific knowledge can be learned)
- Define KPIs, use data and insights to guide decisions, and measure learning impact
Requirements
- Proven experience in learning, competence development, learning methodologies & design
- Background in sales, telco environment is a strong advantage
- Confidence in delivering and facilitating learning sessions with different audiences
- Strong stakeholder mindset and ability to balance different needs and expectations
- Ownership mentality and comfort working independently
- Hands-on experience with digital tools, automation or AI-enabled learning solutions is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Lithuanian & English
