Role Overview
- Interface with Clients: Proactive tax insights and white-glove experience
- Prepare, review, and file tax returns for households (starting with those in $1M – $25M net worth) plus related business returns
- Architect the Tax Brain: break down complex tax decisions into logic trees that engineers can code
- Train AI: review AI advice, correct logic, write system instructions to prevent hallucinations
- Solve Edge Cases: AMT crossover, wash sales, multi-state allocation, QSBS, pass-through optimization
Requirements
- Active CPA license for 5+ years
- 500+ individual (1040) returns prepared, reviewed, and/or filed
- Experience serving clients with $1M – $25M net worth
- Working knowledge of business returns (S-corps, partnerships, Schedule C)
- Logic-driven, tech-forward, low ego, high agency
