About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of Aged Care and Homecare customers
Develop and implement Sales Action Plans
Execute sales activities to achieve financial objectives and sales targets
Support business retention and growth through effective Account Management
Manage the sales pipeline to meet financial objectives
Involve all business stakeholders to support product supply chain
Strategically plan activities and allocate resources to maximize business benefit
Prioritize customer-facing events and call activity to drive sales momentum and impact
Requirements
2–3 years of account management or business development experience
Demonstrated ability to research, identify, and develop customer insights
Understanding of the Residential Aged Care and Homecare markets (desired but not essential)
Proven track record of sustainable and profitable sales delivery
Current influenza vaccination certificate to enable access to healthcare customer facilities
Proficiency in IT, including intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using and optimizing a CRM system
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage customer and industry events or conferences
Current driver’s license and access to your own vehicle
