Shape and drive the transformation agenda for the Vendor Management organization
Operate as a strategic thought partner, combining rigorous problem‑solving, structured planning, and executive‑level storytelling
Translate strategy into action and drive enterprise‑level change
Collaborate closely with the Vice President, Vendor Strategy and work cross-functionally with senior leaders and key stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7–10 years of experience in strategy, business management, operations planning, or related roles, or 5+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, generate insights, and translate them into clear recommendations and actions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a track record of developing executive‑level presentations and narratives
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently lead initiatives end‑to‑end with limited direction
Analytical and data‑driven approach, with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear conclusions
Highly organized with strong planning and execution discipline, balanced with flexibility in a fast‑moving environment
Experience with procurement, vendor decision‑making, or third‑party risk management is a plus, but not required
