Role Overview

• Shape and guide how patients interact with HCAT
• Define how data, AI, and patient experience influence behavior
• Operate at the intersection of product, engineering, data, client strategy
• Monitor adoption, engagement metrics, and qualitative client feedback

Requirements

• Experience building products that influence behavior at scale
• Accountable for the success of a defined product module
• Manage and prioritize a refined backlog in Azure DevOps
• Serve as the primary Product Owner for your module
• Lead structured discovery sessions with enterprise healthcare clients
• Define requirements for workflow-heavy capabilities across multi-channel engagement journeys
• Help drive continuous improvement in how the product team operates
• Maintain compliance with training directives regarding Information Security and HIPAA
