About this role
Role Overview
Ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents
Check the validity of driver’s licenses and request additional documentation when needed
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary
Offer additional products and services, such as prepaid fuel and toll passes
Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents and explaining charges
Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels
Maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of customer service experience
At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
Basic computer navigation skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
Open to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane
Willing to wear a company uniform
Speaking other languages is a plus
