Provide initial strategic advice on how best LegalVision can help resolve their dispute
Scope and quote their dispute
Assist with onboarding as a LegalVision client
Work closely with the Practice Group Leader of the Disputes team to delegate ongoing work to the team
Oversee the successful implementation of case strategy
Assist with a broad range of commercial disputes and contentious matters
Requirements
Australian qualified lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE experience in commercial disputes in a private practice environment
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, with a proven ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and build strong client rapport
Assisted in advising clients on litigation strategy, assessing case merits, and supporting the preparation of cost estimates and budget forecasts
Excited to utilise technical legal skills in a more commercial role
