Commercial Disputes Lawyer – Sales

Role Overview

• Speak with potential clients to gain an understanding of their dispute
• Provide initial strategic advice on how best LegalVision can help resolve their dispute
• Scope and quote their dispute
• Assist with onboarding as a LegalVision client
• Work closely with the Practice Group Leader of the Disputes team to delegate ongoing work to the team
• Oversee the successful implementation of case strategy
• Assist with a broad range of commercial disputes and contentious matters

Requirements

• Australian qualified lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE experience in commercial disputes in a private practice environment
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, with a proven ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and build strong client rapport
• Assisted in advising clients on litigation strategy, assessing case merits, and supporting the preparation of cost estimates and budget forecasts
• Excited to utilise technical legal skills in a more commercial role
