Identifies product innovation opportunities and ensures products adhere to regulatory requirements and underwriting guidelines.
Leads cross-functional collaboration to develop competitive, compliant, and customer-focused insurance products.
Supervises reports who are individual contributors or people leaders to ensure alignment with product development goals and successful delivery of business unit priorities.
Mentors or coaches less experienced team members to support peer learning and development.
Manages a team of product leaders and/or analysts for a designated product countrywide.
Responsible for building and maintaining and implementation of short-term strategy within assigned product line.
Creates and influences market and product coverage specific strategies and operating standards with the input from senior leadership.
Owns tactical regulatory and compliance changes, product innovation and competitor analysis including products/coverage.
Influences partners in Sales, Underwriting and Service to meet product best practices and procedures.
Requirements
Full English Fluency
+15 years of experience in the Insurance industry (P&C, Auto) Required
