Oversee multiple interconnected and installed automation projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation upgrade opportunities.
Develop and manage project roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and standards.
Support customer needs including point of contact on all ongoing activities in the support realm, including T&M service, contract fulfillment, preventative maintenance deliverables and upgrade prioritization.
Work with various departments (IT, engineering, operations, etc.) to understand requirements, ensure alignment, and gather feedback.
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Analyze existing processes to identify areas for automation and OEE improvement.
Provide technical direction, develop best practices and standards, and ensure the reliability and scalability of implemented solutions.
Lead and mentor project managers and teams, providing guidance, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Manage risks across multiple projects and ensure solutions comply with industry standards and business requirements.
Requirements
Significant experience in program or project management, specifically in automation and process improvement initiatives.
Strong technical background in automation systems and tools (e.g., RPA, scripts, etc.).
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
Exceptional leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strategic thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
Project management certifications (like PMP) or specific automation/technical certifications can be a plus.
