Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting using Salesforce and revenue intelligence tools.
Partner with Marketing and Business Development to accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates.
Share frontline market feedback to shape product strategy and go-to-market execution.
Consistently meet—and outperform—new logo revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven Mid-Market B2B SaaS sales experience closing new business with senior buyers.
Track record of hitting and exceeding quota in outbound-driven roles.
Deep comfort running full-cycle sales without reliance on a BDR.
Strong discovery, storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience selling into Facilities, Workplace, HR, IT, Finance, or Real Estate functions.
Fluency with modern sales tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar).
Ability to audit and improve AI-generated outreach, deal insights, and forecasts.
