Guide customers end-to-end through their pentests (before, during, and after), helping them get maximum value from the product and ensuring smooth, high-quality engagements.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, answering deep technical questions around test setups, scope, results and validating potential false positives.
Translate findings into action, advising customers on how to prioritize and effectively remediate discovered vulnerabilities in a way that fits their architecture and development workflows.
Collaborate closely with the AI pentesting team, feeding real-world customer insights back into the product to improve accuracy, usability, and impact.
Requirements
Hands-on pentesting experience
Comfortable working directly with customers
Strong application or infrastructure security skills
Clear communicator, technical but human
OSCP, OSWE, CREST, or similar is a plus
