Accountable for the development and achievement of the international Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) strategy.
Definition of services and initiatives to improve the outsourced service programs in international markets.
Provide strategy and leadership in managing the overall contractual relationships with our global or regional IFM and major service providers.
Interact with the BMS regional leaders, site directors and site contract managers to provide the tools, training, and systems to ensure consistent service delivery and performance management of IFM.
Responsible for initiatives, projects or programs that impact the IFM/Non-IFM scope of work globally.
Collaborate with global and local procurement on RFP process or facilitate performance analysis and corrective action planning.
Develop and implement global IFM strategies and approaches to fulfill global, regional, or site level service requirements regardless of size and complexity.
Create an IFM Performance Management Center of Practice working group including site level and regional level key stakeholders.
Oversee vendors and service providers representing greater than $100 Million in spend over 5 years.
Develop short and long-term strategies for each applicable In-Scope service.
Facilitate the development, review and approval of innovations and continuous improvement initiatives for each applicable In-Scope service.
Develop and facilitate the implementation of global or regional standard practices & procedures to optimize services and related service delivery processes for applicable In-Scope services.
Oversee service delivery performance and participate in issue resolution between BMS and the Global or Regional IFM Provider.

10 to 15 years experience in the area of Facilities maintenance and/or operations.
Strong experience managing large external business partners and vendors across various disciplines and geographies.
Proven abilities in strategic planning and project management with an understanding of site maintenance needs.
Demonstrated understanding of facilities operations in a regulated pharmaceutical environment (GxP operations).
Proven abilities to identify business opportunities/continuous improvements and leverage synergies with other teams and projects.
Experience in developing and effectively managing both capital and expense budgets for site Facilities maintenance.
This includes an understanding of the three year capital portfolio planning process.
Proven experience of achieving results in a changing business environment by leading cross functional teams.
Proven abilities to think and act broadly across multiple disciplines and departments.
Demonstrated planning ability focused on business performance.
BS/BA in engineering discipline (mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience.
