About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned to revenue targets, priority industries, and strategic accounts
Partner closely with Sales leadership to support pipeline creation, expansion, and deal acceleration
Translate corporate campaigns into localized, high-touch programs that resonate with buyers
Own the strategy and execution of partner events, executive briefings, roadshows, and third-party and owned events
Design memorable experiences that drive senior-level engagement and brand differentiation
Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, and post-event follow-up
Ensure seamless alignment with digital campaigns before, during, and after events
Collaborate with strategic partners (e.g., cloud providers, technology partners) on joint programs
Co-fund and co-execute campaigns that expand reach and credibility
Represent the company at partner events and ecosystem activities
Deliver measurable pipeline contribution from field programs
Track performance metrics including attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, and ROI
Optimize programs based on data and sales feedback
Serve as the primary marketing partner for regional sales teams
Coordinate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Content to ensure message consistency
Provide field insights to inform broader marketing strategy
Manage regional budgets and forecast program spend
Ensure efficient allocation of resources to the highest-impact activities
Maintain compliance with company policies and reporting standards
Requirements
7–10+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services
Experience working with partner ecosystems and co-marketing programs
Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue through regional and account-based programs
Strong partnership skills with enterprise sales teams
Experience in planning and executing executive-level events
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Familiarity with ABM platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Willingness to travel up to 50%
