Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements
Provide legal support on commercial and project-related matters
Assist internal teams with legal advice related to ongoing projects
Support business development initiatives from a legal perspective
Contribute to the implementation and use of Legal AI tools within the legal function
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners when required

Qualified Lawyer in Mexico (Law degree + Cédula Profesional)
3–4 years’ post-qualification experience
Demonstrable experience in commercial law and project-based work
Familiarity with Legal AI tools and emerging legal technologies
Experience in, or a strong interest in, business development and client relationship management
Willingness to travel as required
Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
