Minimum 12 months of previous paralegal experience covering commercial law and commercial contracts.
A law degree or equivalent (LLB/GDL or SQE1) is beneficial.
Highly organised.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Technologically proficient.
Capable of working on your own as well as part of a team.
Confident with good emotional intelligence.
Able to demonstrate commercial acumen.
Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial.
Experience in reviewing and drafting a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to service agreements, NDA's and supplier agreements.
