Ensuring disciplined execution of pricing and discount governance frameworks while fostering a unified approach to commercial processes worldwide.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
More than 10 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CRM, or commercial operations in complex global organizations
Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and governing commercial operating models, including sales-process harmonization, data governance, and territory or incentive frameworks
Strong leadership capabilities in driving cross-functional alignment and influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed environments
A proven track record in leading global CRM, pricing execution, and commercial transformation initiatives
Excellent communication abilities with a talent for translating complex analytical or digital topics into clear, actionable guidance
Fluency in English, further languages are beneficial.
