Senior Manager, Intelligent Operations

Role Overview

• Lead the AI & Automation transformation
• Manage the Ops Excellence team
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities
• Drive measurable improvements in throughput and cycle time
• Leverage automation tools to evolve process capabilities
• Synthesize complex data insights to resolve operational risk areas
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define the technical roadmap
• Build the AI/Automation KPI framework

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience guiding teams through technical transitions
• Operations transformation experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
• Proficient in modern AI/ML tools, Agentic workflows, and LLM-integrated processing
• Strong analytical skills using advanced visualization and predictive metrics
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
• Knowledge in project management
• Results-oriented with a focus on yield optimization
