Role Overview
- Achieve financial results according to the annual operation and capital budgets
- Routinely inspect all areas of the property to ensure an above average appearance and a proper safety environment
- Provide for training of employees in the safe use of marina equipment and all functions related to their respective positions
Requirements
- Five years previous management experience
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, customers, tenants, vendors, and government personnel
- General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements
