Offer service to players, including but not limited to helping solve problems, answering queries, promoting ongoing promotions, rewarding their activity etc in an efficient and quality manner;
Liaise with different departments (Trading, Bonus Team, CS, Risk & Payments etc) to escalate and resolve issues that may arise from players;
Be aligned with business objectives and targets including policies and processes;
Operate with the highest level of responsibility regarding matters that affect the most valuable players of the company
