Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of matters (intellectual property, anti-counterfeiting, consumer law, commercial law, transport, insurance, etc.).
Monitor legal and case law developments that may affect Vestiaire Collective (AI Act, Digital Services Act, consumer protection laws, etc.).
Draft and negotiate a variety of contracts (NDAs; services agreements; SaaS agreements; commercial contracts — partnerships, influencers, freelancers; rights assignments, etc.).
Manage and monitor trademarks and domain names.
Manage various sets of Terms and Conditions (C2C, B2C, VIP, promotions & contests).
Oversee follow-up of pre-litigation matters and litigation.
Assist with general administrative tasks within the Legal Department.
Requirements
Postgraduate student specializing in IP/IT, Business Law or International Law (Master 2 and/or DJCE) and currently enrolled in EFB or HEDAC.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
Previous internship or work experience in a company or law firm is a plus.
Ability to deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and manage complex projects in an international, fast-paced environment.
Adaptable, proactive, rigorous, analytical, autonomous, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Internship agreement (convention de stage) required.
