Role Overview
- Input inbound payments into the ledger throughout the day and make sure everything stays perfectly balanced.
- Manage and queue payment requests, ensuring fast, accurate turnaround.
- Update and reconcile ledgers after every transaction, keeping our records spotless.
- Prepare and record internal payments and refunds, maintaining meticulous documentation.
- Respond to queries from our consultant solicitors with professionalism and care.
- Champion financial accuracy: Assist in CMA reconciliations and maintain clear, compliant records across the board.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal Cashier in a busy law firm environment.
- A tech-savvy mindset

- A love of precision
- you catch the small details others might miss.
- Stellar organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup setting.
