Role Overview
- Partner with engineering, partnerships, and product marketing to bring launches and product updates to life
- Work with creators to coordinate beta testing and highlight compelling examples
- Produce and occasionally host external educational programming
- Support brand initiatives and special projects
- Serve as a public-facing representative of Substack on Notes
- Maintain internal trackers for launches, updates, and press opportunities
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in communications
- An exceptional writer
- A generalist at heart
- Strong organizational skills
- Resourceful and self-directed
- Curious about culture, media, and the creator economy
- Willing to collaborate with any writer or creator
