About this role

Own the operational execution of the design program.
Plan and facilitate design critique sessions, including preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
Track decisions and ensure action items are completed.
Maintain program documentation, schedules, and operational artifacts.
Coordinate with stakeholders.
Coordinate collaboration between design, engineering, and external design agencies.
Drive follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment.
Prepare and present program updates and session materials.
Maintain structured workflows for critique sessions and program activities.
Support operational tasks connected to engineering or delivery when needed.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ Years of experience working in Program Management, Project Management, or Operations roles.
Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
Experience facilitating workshops or stakeholder sessions.
Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong autonomy, proactivity, and ownership mindset.
Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
