About this role

Lead the development and delivery of accurate, high‑quality, and timely proposals
Oversee day‑to‑day proposal operations
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders
Provide inclusive leadership, coaching, and mentorship
Ensure adherence to Emerson quality standards
Support onboarding and development initiatives
Promote innovation by sharing best practices
Continuously evaluate and improve proposal processes
Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies

BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 10 years of related experience in project execution or engineering environment
Demonstrated ability to guide teams and strategies successfully in manufacturing or engineering organizations
Ability to prioritize effectively, remain organized, and deliver results in a deadline‑driven setting
Up to 10% travel
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
