Oversee underpayment operations for Trend Health Partners Underpayment Recovery Team
Create an environment that demonstrates above and beyond customer service to clients
Develop next generation leadership within the growing company
Provide leadership and vision to the team
Focus on support, engagement and growth to Trend Health Partner clients
Ensure clients have the knowledge, training, and support they need to exceed their business objectives

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience as a team lead or similar role
Proven track record of successful results-oriented revenue cycle management
Underpayment/ZBA or equivalent experience required
Knowledge of EMR’s and provider operating systems
Strong problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills
Ability to deal with the complexities related to escalation impact, resolution timeframes and conflicting or competing priorities
An analytical and results focused mindset with a creative can-do attitude
MS Office skills
Advanced communication skills with multiple levels throughout a healthcare organization
Proven track record in personal development to self and others
High attention to detail
