Operationalizing and executing initiatives aligned with the enterprise AI roadmap defined by IT leadership
Serving as the coordination and orchestration engine for AI initiatives ensuring structured delivery, responsible governance, and measurable adoption across the organization
Working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to translate prioritized AI use cases into executable plans
Ensuring alignment with governance standards and driving enterprise adoption
Focusing on initiative coordination, governance operationalization, and workforce enablement

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience operating in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
5 or more years of experience in enterprise IT, business systems, digital enablement, or technology program coordination
Exposure to governance frameworks or risk management processes
Strong organizational and coordination capability
Enterprise systems awareness
AI literacy and practical application understanding
Ability to translate strategy into structured execution
Cross-functional collaboration
Change management orientation
Influential without having direct authority
Experience supporting cross-functional technology initiatives
Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, M365, collaboration platforms)
Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and their business applications
Strong stakeholder management and structured execution skills
