In this role you will be a central point of contact for People Operations.
HR controlling & reporting: Maintain and develop existing HR reports, build dashboards, and work closely with the People Team Lead.
People Operations support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees via our People Operations inbox.
On
& offboarding: Design and deliver a structured, personalized onboarding experience and support offboarding processes.
Ownership & process responsibility: Take ownership of People Operations topics and projects.

2–3 years of professional experience in HR Operations.
HR tech affinity: Experience with HR tools such as Personio, Leapsome, SAP, or rexx, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Structured & precise: Methodical and detail-oriented work style.
Independence & ownership: Proactively identify tasks, prioritize effectively, and take responsibility.
Hands-on mentality: You roll up your sleeves and drive initiatives forward.
Strong communication & empathy: Always interact with employees in a friendly, solution-oriented, and professional manner.
Analytical & numbers-oriented mindset: Interest in HR controlling.
Basic understanding of labor/employment law.
Fluent in English and German.
