Role Overview
- Research claims history to identify claims to be adjusted for refunds
- Update claims systems to ensure that the refund process will be completed
- Adjust claims history to reflect refunded amounts
- Process transactions to post purged claims and special checks
- Respond accurately and timely to inquiries from internal and external customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of claims processing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- General knowledge of related processing support systems
- Basic math skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Preferred: 1 year of refund experience
