About this role
Role Overview
Be the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining constant communication via email, Slack, and phone calls.
Lead status updates and confidently answer routine questions.
Manage incoming requests: resolve, escalate, and close the loop efficiently.
Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables, anticipating potential bottlenecks.
Prepare clear documentation: recaps, trackers, and updates.
Support the onboarding of new clients and guarantee a seamless experience.
Monitor the health of the relationship and detect risks before they become problems.
Requirements
Experience: More than 3 years in Account Management, Customer -Success, or Project Management (preferably in agencies, consultancies, or SaaS).
Advanced English level B2+, C1
Business Context: Fluency in B2B concepts (Sales Pipeline, CRM, GTM alignment).
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills (ability to write diplomatic emails and executive summaries independently).
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence to handle frustrated clients and a strong instinct for project management.
Tools: User-level familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, ClickUp, and Slack.
Desirable: Previous experience working in boutique consultancies or advisory firms.
Exposure to GTM Ops, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops concepts.
Previous experience working directly with founders or high-level senior teams.
