About this role
Role Overview
- Run structured first-round candidate screens (10–15 min)
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across teams
- Keep our ATS (Lever) accurate and up to date
- Ensure candidates are consistently followed up with
- Flag strong candidates early and clearly
- Maintain clear visibility into pipeline status (who’s where, what’s next)
Requirements
- Extremely detail-oriented (nothing slips)
- Strong written and verbal English
- Comfortable with high volume and repetition
- Able to follow structure without skipping steps
- Responsive and reliable
- Previous recruiting, coordination, or operations experience (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Lever, Greenhouse, etc.) (Nice to Have)
