About this role
Role Overview
Manage relationships with corporate contacts in strategic accounts
Coach corporate staff on product best practices
Collaborate with customers and product managers
Act as a subject matter expert on product features
Manage initiatives for product adoption and customer satisfaction
Analyze user engagement data and report on KPIs
Onboard new customers to ServiceTitan
Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience managing multiple accounts and/or projects
Self-starter in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Exceptional account and project management skills
Ability to learn new software programs
Problem-solving skills with creative solutions
Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to travel < 15% nationwide
