About this role
Role Overview
You will independently manage all sales and business development matters in your region.
From day one you can take on responsibility and proactively help shape existing processes.
You will identify and win new customers within your sales territory.
You will manage your territory in a structured way and fully exploit the potential of your sales pipeline.
You will advise our customers and inspire them with your passion for our solution.
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle from A to Z.
You ensure our customers are highly satisfied and build long-term, trusting customer relationships.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience; ideally you have a background in the construction industry.
You have experience with construction machinery or similar vehicles.
You are characterized by ambition, perseverance, and strong closing skills.
Your confident and friendly manner convinces our customers.
You have a strong service and customer focus and can speak the language of our customers.
Structured, goal-oriented, and self-organized working style.
You have excellent communication skills and are a team player.
Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and business-fluent English are required.
You hold a Class B driving license and are willing to travel to customers.
