Undertaking valuations for various purposes, both within a team and individually
Maintaining valuation data and undertaking research to support development of approaches and valuation outputs
Developing internal and external stakeholder relationships, expanding renewal client portfolios and developing new business
Performing ad hoc tasks and initiatives which support the valuations team, and greater Marsh
The ability to travel locally, nationally & internationally for key client commitments
Support on complex valuation of Plant & Equipment
Ability to ensure client deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge and work experience of multiple data bases used for valuation internationally
Willingness to study and qualify with the required professional valuation bodies

5+ years valuation experience
Experience in Plant & Machinery and Real Estate valuation an advantage
Valuation for insurance, market value, fair value and other popular requirements
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Comfortable and experienced working with technology (solutions)
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong numerical skills
Excellent organization skills – able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
