Senior Claims Consultant

Role Overview

• Providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
• Managing client claims through thorough interpretation of coverage and education on risk solutions, while effectively advocating for clients.
• Leading claim reviews and educating clients and teams on best practices.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customized service strategies and ensuring timely execution of service plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in claims handling within an agency or similar environment, with a proven track record of success in senior roles.
• BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field
• AIC, CIC, CPCU, SCLA or other related professional designation
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
