Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Data & AI initiatives within the banking domain
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and business priorities
Gather requirements from stakeholders and convert them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned with strategic goals
Partner with engineering, architecture, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable AI-led solutions
Lead use cases involving Agentic AI, including: autonomous AI workflows, intelligent assistants / copilots, workflow orchestration, decision automation, AI agents for customer servicing and operations
Collaborate with banking business teams to identify opportunities across: customer onboarding, fraud & risk, lending / credit journeys, account servicing, customer engagement & personalization
Track product KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes
Ensure product compliance with banking regulations, data governance, and risk standards
Drive agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
Requirements
10+ years
Strong experience in the Banking domain
Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI
Strong expertise in Data & AI products / solutions
Experience working with AI/ML, analytics, and data platforms
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog ownership
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
