- Lead talent committees across the Shipping organization
- Deliver fast-track and structured development programs
- Champion leadership training by nominating high-potential employees
- Promote internal mobility and close skill gaps
- Oversee graduate recruitment and development initiatives
- Drive performance management processes
Requirements
- 10–15 years’ experience in talent and leadership development within large, global organizations
- Master’s degree required
- Proven track record in succession planning and development of high-potential employees
- Strong strategic thinking and facilitation skills
- Excellent cross-cultural communication abilities
- Fluent English required
- Coaching and assessment certifications (e.g., SHL, Hogan, Thomas) are an advantage
