- Own end-to-end analytics for healthcare strategy engagements
- Analyze healthcare market, patient encounter, operational, and financial data.
- Conduct volume assessments to evaluate demand and capacity.
- Develop business cases and ROI models for strategic recommendations.
- Manage internal data workflows and ensure data quality.
- Perform quality assurance on data and analyses.
- Design analytical approaches for healthcare strategy and facility development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree in health administration, public health, or finance preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare strategy, operations, or finance.
- Experience in strategic facilities master planning, service line planning, and business/data analytics.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and interpreting financial statements to inform strategy.
- Experience developing business cases and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives.
- Project management experience across multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic) and general ledger data.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
