Role Overview
- Assist medical experts during ophthalmic procedures
- Provide hands-on training and ensure safe use of Roche devices
- Help set up trial sites and deliver training
- Build relationships with therapy experts and share best practices
- Provide high-quality education on surgical products and answer questions from healthcare professionals
Requirements
- A degree or certification in a scientific or related discipline
- A postgraduate degree (PhD, PharmD, MSc, MD, MBA) is preferred
- 7+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical/ healthcare sector
- 2+ years experience in ophthalmology AND experience in ophthalmic surgery
- Solid knowledge of clinical trials, regulations, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
- Willing to travel within Canada up to 60% of the time
- Proficient level of English is required and French can be required, depending on the geographic region
