Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
- Senior HR leadership experience partnering with business executives in a global context
- Extensive experience in global manufacturing and plant human resources
- Deep knowledge of global employment law and compliance frameworks
- Strong HR generalist foundation across employee relations, talent management, compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development
